During the tour, we explore the coast northwest of Levanto. The nature is wild, the views are amazing, and the history dates back to the beginning of the Medieval period. In Framura, we will visit a defensive and panoramic tower dating back 1500 years. Here, we will also make a coffee stop in a typical hamlet. Then, we will go down to sea level, where we will take the 'Mare e Monti' cycle path (an old railway route). The route offers breathtaking views of the sea on this beautiful stretch of coast. After passing through the village of Bonassola, we will reach a panoramic point in Bonassola Bay, the Madonnina della Punta, a chapel dating back 400 years. Here, we will make a stop for a wine tasting accompanied by assorted focaccias. Finally, we will return to Levanto.
